HERBALICIOUS 100g

Rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, onion, pepper, garam masala (weird, but it works!), sumac.

SMOKIN’ 100g

Smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, onion, oregano, chilli, black pepper, allspice and sumac.

I designed these blends to save you time searching and preparing delicious meals without additives or processed foods. This is my formula, you will create your own. Be adventurous and test different amounts of spice and salt. Do not be afraid, you've got this!

A tablespoon is all you need to add to 500g of protein or 3-4 cups of vegetables. Add your own salt as needed, but I use about a teaspoon for this amount.

The more liquid you have, the more diluted the flavour becomes. Likewise, if you rub it on dry, it will be more concentrated. You can always add more in, but you can't take it out so start slowly while you learn your preferred amount.

The Salts are the perfect seasoning straight on the plate, sprinkle or rub all over for that hit of salty goodness. You get less salt because the herbs, garlic & onion (unless low FODMAP) create a balanced flavour.
