Cabbage is super fibre-full and is the perfect way to get more veg on the plate.
Ingredients

¼ White Cabbage, shredded or chopped
- 1 brown onion, diced (optional, but yum)
- 3 rashers of bacon, diced
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive OIl or Ghee

1-2 teaspoons of Herbalicious

Sprinkle with Garlic Pepper Salt Bomb to taste
Directions
Pop the oil in a deep sided frying pan on a moderately high heat
- Fry off the bacon and onion until the onion is softened
- Add the cabbage, herbs and salt and fry until softened adding extra oil if needed
- Turn the heat down a little and allow to fry gently until slightly caramelised
