Pick up your order from our Sunshine Coast warehouse:

2/29 Premier Circuit, Warana, QLD 4575

Select ‘Pickup’ at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready (don’t forget to check your junk folder). Pickup is available during office hours only.

Shipping Within Australia

Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate $10.95 AUD — Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate $13.95 AUD — Usually arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays).

Free Shipping: Orders over $119 AUD automatically qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

New Zealand Orders

We happily ship to New Zealand!

  • Flat Rate: $19.95 AUD
  • Delivery Time: Approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to give you peace of mind. If selected, your order will be fully protected against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If something goes wrong:

  • We’ll cover the replacement costs in accordance with our policy.
  • Simply email hello@secretspiceco.com.au with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Secret Spice Co cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they leave our warehouse.

Order Processing

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We do our best to pack and send your order quickly, but please allow extra time during peak seasons, public holidays, or carrier delays.
