Ingredients

500 g lean ground beef

2 small sweet potatoes, diced

1 tbsp olive oil

1-2 tsp Smokin’ seasoning

½ tsp Chilli Garlic Salt Bomb, mixed into hot honey

⅓ cup cottage cheese per bowl (about 1⅓ cups total)

1 whole avocado, sliced
-
6–8 tbsp hot honey, warmed

2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Toss diced sweet potatoes with oil and Smokin Seasoning
Spread on a tray and roast for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
While the sweet potatoes are roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a spoonful of tomato paste and the Smokin’ seasoning, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Then add the beef and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.
Warm the honey and stir in Chilli Garlic Salt Bomb to taste.
Divide roasted sweet potatoes and beef between 4 bowls.
Add cottage cheese and avocado slices.
Drizzle generously with spicy hot honey.
