So super simple and bloody quick! Choose whichever veg you prefer, just make loads of them and keep a little variety in there too.
Squeeze a little lemon juice once you've got them on the plate is the bomb!

Use any spice blend here to make it suit what else you're having with it.
Add a little broth, or even a splash of water, to help the spices come alive and coat the veg if you're using Tagine, Delhi or Smokin'.
Spring Zing, Garlic Pepper, Chilli Garlic Salt and Herbalicious are fine sprinkled straight on while you're cooking as long as you have some ghee or olive oil to help them coat the veg.
Mix up your veg to what you like most and what's in season is usually cheaper and fresher.
Ingredients

Half a brocolli, chopped

¼ cauliflower, chopped

4 brussel sprouts, halved

a few silverbeet leaves, or other leafy greens

1-2 teaspoons of Garlic Pepper Salt

1-2 tablespoons of ghee or Extra Virgin Olive OIl
Directions
Heat a deep frying pan on a medium heat
Melt in some ghee or Olive oil
Pop the cauli and brussels in the pan, flat side down
Add Garlic Pepper Salt
Drop in the broc and leaves in with the cauli
Pop the lid on for a bit if the greens are a bit crunchy
Serve with a squeeze of lemon or lime for extra pop!
Enjoy with eggs, grilled meats or as a side to a slow cooker meal.
