Use any spice blend here to make it suit what else you're having with it.

Add a little broth, or even a splash of water, to help the spices come alive and coat the veg if you're using Tagine, Delhi or Smokin'.

Spring Zing, Garlic Pepper, Chilli Garlic Salt and Herbalicious are fine sprinkled straight on while you're cooking as long as you have some ghee or olive oil to help them coat the veg.

Mix up your veg to what you like most and what's in season is usually cheaper and fresher.

Ingredients

  • Half a brocolli, chopped

  • ¼ cauliflower, chopped

  • 4 brussel sprouts, halved

  • a few silverbeet leaves, or other leafy greens

  • 1-2 teaspoons of Garlic or Chilli Pepper Salt Bomb

  • 1-2 tablespoons of ghee or Extra Virgin Olive OIl

Directions

  1. Heat a deep frying pan on a medium heat

  2. Melt in some ghee or Olive oil

  3. Pop the cauli and brussels in the pan, flat side down

  4. Add Garlic Pepper Salt

  5. Drop in the broc and leaves in with the cauli

  6. Pop the lid on for a bit if the greens are a bit crunchy

  7. Serve with a squeeze of lemon or lime for extra pop!

  8. Enjoy with eggs, grilled meats or as a side to a slow cooker meal.
