Garlic Pepper is the blend our customers reach for more than any other, and it's easy to see why. This is a true seasoning salt: mineral-rich Himalayan salt forms the base, carrying deep roasted garlic and cracked black pepper, so one shake seasons and flavours the whole dish at once.

It's a genuine everyday all-rounder. Crust a steak, toss through roast potatoes, season chicken, lift scrambled eggs, finish hot chips, or stir a spoonful through olive oil for an instant dressing. Like any good seasoning salt, a little goes a long way, so add to taste.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage if we need the item back.

Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in original, resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost and original shipping isn't refundable. Once your return is lodged, send us the tracking and we'll refund as soon as it's on its way back. For food-safety reasons we can't accept opened items.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it. Optional Shipping Protection at checkout covers loss, damage or theft in transit.

Items we can't accept back
Opened or used food items, gift cards, and custom or special orders. Sale or clearance items can't be returned for change of mind (this never affects your rights if an item is faulty).

Refunds
Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
