Eggs pack a punch when it comes to finding a nourishing source of quality and easy to digest protein. Super quick and easy to whip up and serve with your favourite sides.
Ingredients

2-3 Free Range Organic eggs
- 1-2 teaspoons Ghee or butter
- 1 teaspoon Herbalicious
- 1-2 cups of spinach and other vegetables
- Unrefined Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a frying pan on a moderately hot heat
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the herbs, salt and pepper
- Prepare your plate with spinach, pesto, or any other vegetables
- Add the ghee to the pan so the base is well greased
- Pour in the eggs and move them around the pan with a fork or spatula until fully cooked
- Place on the plate and enjoy with a spoonful of fermented vegetables
