Healthier and cheaper than takeaway makes these the perfect Friday night feast!
Who said eating real food had to be boring?! Our family loves the salty, spicy hit you get from a crispy chicken wing. They’re done in around 30 minutes while you could have some sweet potato fries on the go at the same time. Serve with a salad or have as an afternoon filler.
You can change the spices to be whatever you like, just don’t skimp on them!

You don't have to use the lemon juice, it just helps tenderise and add a little something to the flavour. If you were to do chicken wings in the oven, I would just give them a solid sprinkle of spice and away you go.

These are made all the better with my Homemade mayo (done in 2 minutes) with extra garlic if you fancy. You could even pop a little sprinkle of the Smokin' spice in the mayo....now you're talkin"!
