It's not a fad! People are still making themselves feel bulletproof with this kickstart to the day! It helps slow the uptake of caffeine so it lasts you longer without the adrenalin hike.
This recipe really packs a punch especially if you’re not up for breakfast straight away or need something quickly. Ideally we sip and enjoy this but, I also know we can’t all do this every day! I also love it in the afternoons (with cacao instead of coffee) if I’m a little peckish and flat.
