Boosted Warming Oats

Time saver tip: Make up a big batch of ingredients, pop in the fridge and turn it into overnight oats that you can heat up a serve each morning.
A breakie filled with fibre, healthy fats and low on the sweet stuff will keep your blood sugars happy and you too.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten free oats

1 1/2 - 2 cups of water or milk

1 teaspoon Aroma Spice

1 scoop of quality collagen powder (optional)

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

1 tablespoon Goji berries
-
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
-
1 tablespoon pepitas
-
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
-
1 teaspoon rapadura sugar or honey

pinch of unrefined salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together
Pop in the fridge overnight or warm in a pot over a moderate heat for 5 minutes or until oats are tender and cooked

Serve warm or cold with a blob of honey and butter and fresh or stewed fruit
