Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo as soon as you can. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage if we need the item back.

Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in original, resaleable condition. Return postage is at your cost and original shipping isn't refundable. Once your return is lodged, send us the tracking and we'll refund as soon as it's on its way back. For food-safety reasons we can't accept opened items.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help resolve it. Optional Shipping Protection at checkout covers loss, damage or theft in transit.

Items we can't accept back
Opened or used food items, gift cards, and custom or special orders. Sale or clearance items can't be returned for change of mind (this never affects your rights if an item is faulty).

Refunds
Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure isn't major. These rights are in addition to our 100% Flavour Happiness Guarantee.

Select ‘Pickup’ at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready (don’t forget to check your junk folder). Pickup is available during office hours only.

Shipping Within Australia
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.

Delivery Options:
Standard Shipping: Flat rate $11.95 AUD — Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: Flat rate $13.95 AUD — Usually arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays).

Free Shipping: Orders over $99.95 AUD automatically qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

New Zealand Orders
We happily ship to New Zealand!

Flat Rate: $19.95 AUD
Delivery Time: Approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to give you peace of mind. If selected, your order will be fully protected against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If something goes wrong:
We’ll cover the replacement costs in accordance with our policy.

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Secret Spice Co cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they leave our warehouse.

Order Processing
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We do our best to pack and send your order quickly, but please allow extra time during peak seasons, public holidays, or carrier delays.
