CERTIFIED ORGANIC INGREDIENTS:

HERBALICIOUS 100g

Rosemary, thyme, oregano, garlic, onion, pepper, garam masala (weird, but it works!), sumac.

TAGINE 100g

Sweet paprika, coriander, onion flakes, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, allspice, garlic powder, cardomon, cloves and parsley

AROMA SPICE 100g

Cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom, cloves.

TEXAN BBQ SALT BOMB 150g

Himalayan Salt*, Organic Smoked Paprika, Organic Garlic granules, Organic Onion flakes, Organic Black Pepper. (*Himalayan salt is not certified organic)

Containing about 10 tablespoons.

This is my formula, you will create your own. Be adventurous and test different amounts of spice and salt. Do not be afraid, you've got this!

Add a tablespoon to 500g of protein or 3-4 cups of vegetables. Add your own salt as needed, but I use about a teaspoon for this amount.

The more liquid you have, the more diluted the flavour becomes. Likewise, if you rub it on dry, it will be more concentrated. You can always add more in, but you can't take it out so start slowly while you learn your preferred amount.
