Tagine Spiced & Roasted Cauliflower

The powerhouse veggie of the decade! Yes cauliflower is everywhere atm, so get on board! Chop your cauli into florets or into big slabs the cool people are calling "steaks" (cue eye roll 😆)
Ingredients

½-1 head of cauliflower, broken into small florets or cut into "steaks"

1 tablespoon of Secret spice Co Tagine
- 1 teaspoon of unrefined salt
- ¼ cup of ghee or Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Heat the oven to 200C
- Drop the cauliflower into a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes and drain well (optional)
- Combine the salt, spice and oil to a paste
- Toss the cauliflower through the spice mix
Spread out on a large tray
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and browned, toss half way through
Serve with Tahini Dressing and pepitas or walnuts
