This is actually easier than you think. And you'll get over touching livers I promise! Switch out the chicken for duck and it's amaaaazing (when you can find them!).

Liver is one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet, packed with vitamin A, iron, B vitamins (especially B12) and much more.

Loaded with vitamins and minerals we often lack. Serve as a side to your roast or grilled meats, as a fancy snack with crackers or as a tummy filler on the run.
