It's mash for dinner, condiment for scooping or a dip for snacks. Yup! That good.

Have it
- with veggie sticks or crackers as a snack
- pair it with your favourite slow cooked meal as a side.
- As a condiment for dipping meatballs

2 x 400g tins of organic Butter beans
- 100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
Rinse and drain the beans
- Warm the oil in a small pot on a medium low heat
- Smash the garlic slightly keeping them whole
Put the garlic and Tagine in the oil until roasted and softened careful not to burn or over caramelise.
