An aromatic, heart warming breakfast that will nourish you through to the next meal. With an extra gut healing boost of gelatin and the goodness of eggs, this is a complete, nutritious meal.
Ingredients

400ml of coconut milk
- 1 large grated apple
- 1/2 cup of almond meal

2 organic or free range eggs
- 1 tablespoon organic gelatin
- 4 tablespoon organic chia seeds

1 teaspoon of Secret Spice Co Aroma Spice
- pinch of salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the Thermomix® and mix on 80C, speed 2, 6-8 minutes
- If using the stove top, bloom the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water until thickened.
- Add the remaining ingredients and the gelatin to the pot and stir continuously until softened and warmed through.
Serve with fresh berries
