A chia pudding is the perfect breakfast and can easily be made in advance. All you have to do is add your fresh fruit and a sprinkle of nuts or seeds and you’re good to go.
I love it warmed like porridge in the winter with some frozen berries warmed through. You can add any flavour you like to a Chia Pudding. Here I’ve used my Aroma Spice for that cinnamon warmth, but you could add a spoon of cacao powder, vanilla, or even turmeric and ginger! Yum!
Chia seeds are packed with fibre and Omega 3 fatty acids. We all need a little more fibre to keep everything on the move!
These little poods are perfect made up into little jars on a Sunday arvo so you’re set for the week. Try to mix it up though and alternate with a smoothie or quick plate of fluffy eggs if you can. I am a strong believer in moderation and variety but you don’t have to make it complicated.
