Avo is filled with healthy fats that keep you fuller for longer and packed with essential nutrients.
Who doesn't love smashed avo? Chunky or smooth, you decide. With or without feta or onion, you decide!
With or without Lemon Pepper? NEVER!
                      Ingredients
- 
2 ripe avocados, diced or spooned out
 - 100g feta (sheep & goat)
 - 
            
1 tspn Lemon Pepper Salt Bomb by Secret Spice Co
 - 
Juice of one small lemon or lime
 - 
1 small tomato, diced (optional)
 - small handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped (optional)
 
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and fork mash
- OR use a small blender.
 - Taste for salt and spice and add more if you need!
 - Store in the fridge and eat within a couple of days. It will brown off, but is still safe to eat.
 
Recipe Note
If you choose to leave out the feta, add the juice of one lemon or lime and you may need more salt.
