Within Australia
Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched same day.
Express Post (AU)
Usually arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on location and carrier delays).
New Zealand Orders
Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks. Customs clearance may impact timing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

✅ To Be Eligible:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You’ll need proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is perfect).
🔄 To Request a Return:
Email us at hello@secretspiceco.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first - returns received without prior approval cannot be processed.
💥 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
