At Secret Spice Co, we manufacture in small batches and set a maximum 12-month use-by date to ensure peak aroma, flavour, and quality.

As herbs and spices are natural products, their intensity can gently soften over time, which is why we’d rather move them on at a reduced price than keep them beyond our own freshness standards. They’re still safe, still delicious, and still made to the same certified organic, additive-free standard - just nearing the end of their freshest window.
