Ingredients

200g free-range chicken or pork liver

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 medium spring onions, diced

1 apple, peeled and cubed

½ teaspoon Aroma Spice

1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper Salt Bomb

1 boiled egg (optional to make a creamier Pate)
Directions
Preparing the Liver
Wash and clean the liver, then cut it into small pieces.Sautéing
In a pan, melt the ghee over medium heat. Add the diced spring onions and apple cook until they become translucent.Cooking the Liver
Add the liver pieces to the pan and cook until they are browned on the outside but slightly pink on the inside.Adding Ingredients
Incorporate the Aroma Spice and Garlic Pepper Salt Bomb and continue cooking until everything is well combined.Blending
Transfer the mixture to a food processor adding the boiled egg (if using) blend until it reaches a smooth pâté-like consistency. Season with more Garlic Pepper if needed.Serving
Serve your Liver Pate with fresh bread.
