Coconut - Almond - Dates - Apple. Breakfast filled wth fibre and nutrients. And it's so easy!
Make up a big batch to get you through the week or stir it through your warming bowl of porridge for that extra texture, flavour and nutrients.
Ingredients

½ cup of fresh or dried coconut
- 1 organic apple
- 1 medjool date or a dried date soaked in warm water
- Small palm-full of almonds
- 3 Changing Habits cacao melts or a teaspoon of nibs or chips

1 teaspoon of Aroma Spice
Directions
Blitz in a food processor to desired consistency (approx 5 -10 seconds)
- Serve with coconut yoghurt and fresh seasonal fruit
- Make more than you need and have breakie done and dusted for the week!
